Hello Karen; From all of the personal research that I have conducted, the nutritious factor is about the same.
Taste on the other hand plays a key role.
I purchase peppers and some lettuce's from a Dr. friend of mine who had a hydroponic gardening area built.

Nutrition value should be the same.....hydroponics is a very clean way to grow plants, so they may have a cleaner, fresher taste. Also, you may be able to use hydroponics where normal soil growing is not an option....
