Hello Anita; It could be because of several reasons.
They like filtered sunlight, fertilizer and some water.
Are your plants old or are they new??
I am asking as sometimes, older plants do not bloom as much as they once did, and you need to coax them along!!!
Please respond, and I will help you further! Thank-You!!

https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/hydrangea/ I love mine and this link is wonderful!
What type of hydrangeas are they? Mopheads should be pruned only after blooming since they set buds for the next year during the summer. If you cut the buds off in spring you are cutting off their potential to bloom the following year. The gardening know how link probably has a good explanation for pruning different types of hydrangeas. Hint: all hydrangeas love to have epsom salts sprinkled around them in spring to encourage great blooms.
Hello Anita; If your plants were mine, I would give them a dose of Epsom salts, this weekend, and a good drink of water after.
Plain Epsom salts can work wonders for plants.
All I would do is to sprinkle a good bit around the base of each plant, and use a shovel and lightly work the salts into the soil.
Water well.
I hope that this helps you!!!! Take Care!
