a simple idea would be to buy a pretty pot and fill it with "filler, thriller, and spiller " plants and let the spillers spill over the stump. Maybe not so simple though! Good luck!!
Decorate it! Potted plant on top, some solar lights, a small garden flag! My brother-in-law had one and he carved small squares in it and put gnomes in them!

Carve out a face (Chainsaw) style - Put on a Roof and apply Fairy Windows and Door - use to Display Garden Ornament or House Name or Number - Hollow out some and add soil and Plants. etc.......
Put a nice planter on it and plant flowers and vines in it
Top it with a large, flat terra cotta planter base and use it as a bird bath.
