Wow, interesting project. I just finished a deck on two sides of my very small cabin on a beautiful lake. Completely rectangular.
Is there some particular reason you want it circular? I see many dollar signs in your future - extra labor if not extra material costs.
What are your particular concerns?
Build just like a rectangle but scribe a circle at the edges and cut along the lines with a circular saw.
