Your question is cut off. Are you trying to make them look better? You use food grade mineral oil to refresh them. They have at hardware store or Dollar Tree has it.
you can sand them down if it's real wood, then treat with food grade mineral oil

f I have the same in my kitchen. After trying several homemade concoctions, what works is plain amonia and water. Half and half solution is what I do. Rinse with plain water. Stinky!, but works like a charm.
Use soap and warm water with a clean rag. I disinfect mine with Simple Green. Then I rinse it well.
