Fence your garden. My girlfriend sunk posts and ran chicken wire around high enough that the chickens will not fly into her veggies and herbs. Worked out great.
Make a large fenced in area for you animals, with bamboo, or chicken wire. If you have these animals, I'm sure you have enough space. Build a chicken coop, for your chickens. Good Luck!
I wonder if bird netting would help. If not,the chiken wire would work well.
A fence or a dog or both. You can clip your chicken wings but not the wild turkeys, so you might want to keep a dog on a long leash tied to one corner post of the garden or staked at the garden side.
