Karen Klepsteen on Feb 20, 2014My parents have floor protectors that are a very soft plastic or rubber with pins in them. They're similar to the ones in this link, only with plastic or rubber instead of felt: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0058KRMGW?cache=5f5dba642c6c5cbeb73076c56cd15a76&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70#ref=mp_s_a_1_9&qid=1392903825&sr=8-9Helpful Reply

Diane on Feb 20, 2014Not sure. I would probably not use a glue gun because they have a tendency to harden and come off of a lot of things. Contact cement...not sure. I have never used it.Helpful Reply

Sherry Harrell on Feb 20, 2014@Dina S my kitchen chair legs are white, so I bought white caps from Home Depot. They come in different sizes, including the one you are looking for. I think they come in a few different colors, but not sure now. Mine have stayed on for 5 years so far!!!Helpful Reply

Sandi Renegar on Feb 21, 2014On one of these boards, several people recommended using leather and contact cement. A leather belt from a thrift shop cut into squares and attached to the chair legs was the remedy they used. I've also seen tennis balls slit and pushed on the chair legs.Helpful Reply

Pamela Thurlow on Feb 21, 2014We had the same issues with the felt pads. My husband used small brad nails and I glued them and then he nailed each one on. No issues now, 1 year later!Helpful Reply
