Can you paint a bathtub?

The tub is 1950's pink. We would like it to be white. Right now replacing it isn't an option. Thank you.

There are companies out there that can refinish your bathtub. They could probably refinish in white for you.

You can have reglazed for a fraction of what it costs to replace. Might be something to consider.

i was just checking out Home Depot and the have tub and tile epoxy paint. I watch home repair shows all the time and I've seen it used there. I'm sure your local hardware store has it or my favorite EBay :)

I painted our tub once,you have to sand it ,that is the hard part it looked good for a while then not so much
I would invest in the fiberglass unit maybe you can pay for it monthy
there is a company called re bath i think they put some type of cover over it and it looks like its brand new...
