My Chives are too thin. What can I do?
My chives plant is producing very thin hair-like chives and I want fat ones. Anything I can do?
freeze it in chunks and use for smoothies? or melon margaritas?
If it still tastes sweet, cube it (a little larger than usual) & stir into cottage cheese.
The pulp can always be added to smoothies, as well.
Cantalope can can also be dried with a little sugar syrup.

I'd try using the blender with some light cream, or some ice milk as a slushy drink. I think in Mexico they use coconut milk in the blender with lots of different fruits. It's amazing what you can get in the restaurants. I love the pineapple drinks -not milk based.
If it taste kind of mealy, I would put it in my compost pile.
