I have had a couple kinds now that have not worked great at all and I'm usually a huge supporter of theirs. I recently used a paint and about the middle of the can "chunks" of paint were flying out and ruined my whole project. I thought it was a fluke so I started over and got a fresh can and the same thing happened again. I didn't inquire about refunds but I'm sure if you go through their website and email them you can find out about getting one. http://www.rustoleum.com/pages/help-and-support/product-support/
No
When you're painting, pour out some paint into a tray or cup, and paint so your not exposing the paint to air which thickens it, and contaminating the can paint. Close can up until you need some more.
Yes..I've had that.chunks...also had wrinkling ..when I called their support line they told me if you are using multiple cans or primer the nozzles have to be same color..
I did! I bought white flat oray pain't & I shook dan & it was sputtering & drops big drops cme out..I was furious..it ruined the project it cost me $10.89 fir a galvanized Steel pipe (1/2 film) from Lowe's to make a porch curtain rod & now I have to oray paint it w a gray primer ( over the splotchy white & psi t it bronze to match the clips..ANGRY w Rustoleum.it was a mild day shout 70 degrees.
Always test your spray paint on a small piece of whatever you're going to paint first, if you have an extra piece. I've had lots of spray paints, especially those that don't have the regular spray nozzle mess up things I've painted. I always return them and get my money back. Still doesn't make up for having a re-do though.
Oh boy, yes! My deck was painted with their "Resore" exterior paint. Not only was it expensive, It began peeling in huge strips terribly in a few months. I am not the suing type of person but I know there was a class action suit about it. It's my understanding that you can get a refund for the cost of the paint. That pales in comparison of paying to get this stuff removed. A terrible experience!
