Keep with the hunting theme and hang appropriate prints like wood scenes.
I'm guessing taking them down isn't an option? What about relocating them to another wall?
I think this is cool....https://www.google.com/search?q=decorating+with+antlers&tbm=isch&imgil=9-FlWwnRmq8AxM%253A%253BTXSHogWlfpKw4M%253Bhttps%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.sandandsisal.com%25252F2013%25252F09%25252Fantlers-in-design.html&source=iu&pf=m&fir=9-FlWwnRmq8AxM%253A%252CTXSHogWlfpKw4M%252C_&usg=__yFfBCQmWjkqLaSYl9geZ7uNFvAc%3D&biw=1234&bih=676&ved=0ahUKEwiCm-OH8JDWAhVPzmMKHfcSAZQQyjcIsAE&ei=PxSwWcL_Kc-cjwP3pYSgCQ#imgrc=lSjsvo5mtqRAVM:

Twig furniture and art is also a feature of this style, and the adirondaks birch bark furniture, and picture frames are very collectible. Maybe create a few pieces of your own. https://www.google.com/search?q=decorating+ideas+with+tree+branches&client=opera&hs=fLf&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwju29nB9pDWAhUQ0GMKHUtEC3YQ7AkIOg&biw=1366&bih=629#imgrc=TivCzmh3nZd4BM:

I would rehang the antlers lower and centered.` Maybe a couple pretty landscape or tree prints... https://www.greatbigcanvas.com/category/scenery-by-landscape/trees/?page=3
use other items on the wall that are semi-related to antlers but will have a like theme. Be sure to achieve some balance that relates to your wall and/or furniture. Use some color and carry this over in the room...throw pillows, cozy throws, baskets or other storage, rugs, ceramics, etc. you've got some fun coming to your life. Thanks for posting the photo.
Add a frame around them using moulding, then a smaller "frame" on each side. I'd center them first, and maybe lower them as well.
Take them down to never be returned!!! Ghastly!
We are a hunting family with antlers and to modernize it up some, I made a gallery wall and worked around the antlers. Look at these ideas on Pinterest or search for wall gallery with antlers.
center them on the wall making sure they are very secure. What strikes me the most is the lamps that do not match. Try to get a pair of lamps and maybe made of wood or other natural material. I decoupaged a lamp shade (have another one to do too in the same theme) in an animal theme as I found these plastic animals for free. Each side of the lampshade has a different animal. I think shades like this, either decoupaged or covered with an animal print fabric, or maybe even a horn type fabric would look better. The other picture is of a log cabin with a deer head. Although there are not other animal features the logs themselves lend a more rustic/hunting theme. Also in this room there is a hunting rifle (fake)
Draw a moose around them, or find a decal. Or sew one, as in a large quilt. If they have to stay, why not have the whole animal? I am serious, I would make a quilt for sure.
You can make your antlers work for you. I love the idea of making it a gallery wall. Add things that make you happy and mean something to you. Dishes, silver trays, framed prints, mirrors, or... You get the idea.
Do what my niece did. She has three deer heads and one elk head on her living room walls. It is cathedral ceilings so it doesn't look crowded. Our families and her husband's families are all hunters.
make funny "rustic signs" maybe even one complaining about men and their decorating.
