I would have a piece of plywood cut to the size you want, then either paint it or put wood laminate on the top and edges. You could purchase legs that you like and either paint or stain them to match or contrast with the top. Home Depot will cut the wood you buy there. If you do not have tools and do not need it to be those exact measurements, you can buy a folding table at Costco and save money and the time.
