Weld them together in the shape you require. Or use Epoxy Glue?
I would file off those sharp edges and wear heavy gloves so you don't cut yourself. Here is some various ways to get a sphere from metal.... https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+make+a+sphere+from+sheet+metal&client=opera&hs=I4&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjK6dDbvJTWAhVW-GMKHY7OCpIQ7AkIUQ&biw=1366&bih=629
I think I would solder, weld or rivet the pieces.
I would use a model to plan it. For example, buy a cheap metal globe for $10 or $8 at the Target or Walmart stores for school. They are usually in 2 pieces joined at the equator. Take it apart and pound out the metal flat and see the shape they used, they you will know how. Multiply the size to make it the size you want and you will have a pattern to draw yours from the barrel. Pound the barrel out flat first. Hope this helps.
What do you want to do with this? I don't quite understand what you are asking. Give more information about this question. EJL
