I've lost 4 plans in a month. I planted in wire, mole Poison and lately I've used a mixture of 1gal of water, bottle of Castor oil and a few Tbsp of Dawn dish washing and it has not worked either ❗️😡

Go to a farm supply store and get mole traps. They go into the hole and the trap will kill them.

Are you talking about moles or ground squirrels, aka chipmunks?

Put your plants in large pots and cut a big hole in the bottom of each pot. Plant the whole pot in the ground. Then fill with dirt and cover with mulch. Voles are probably eating your roots, they are vegetarians, moles are meat eaters, they like grub worms. This should solve your problem because moles and voles do not go deep in the ground. Most of my perennials and some annuals are all planted in pots first, then put in the ground. Yes you will have to dig some big holes for some of them, but this does work. Also, sprinkle some crushed oyster shells (you can find this at any of the farm and garden stores or local HD or Lowes) around your plants. Just curious, is something eating the roots of your plant or actually eating the leaves off?

not touching the leaves. But a part of my shrubs/plants will start to die in just a few days and all I do is just pull and it's like it's cut off, no roots. ?

Go to the hardware store and they have battery operated sticks that you put in the ground and it vitrates and voles do not like that. Also there is a poisoned grain you can put in their tunnels to get rid of them....we had them last year in our yard and they had open tunnels all over the yard.

They most likely are not moles,as they generally eat the roots of the grass making tunnels looking for grub. You problem is probably voles, chipmonks and rabbits. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/animals/chipmunk-control.htm

You can try to use a live trap, and relocate them. I have also sprinkled red hot pepper flakes in pots and even in my garden to keep them away.
