Try Flushing any Snakes out with a Jet Hose would be my guess
Hi Leah, Here's a link to a forum that may help! https://texags.com/forums/34/topics/1828923
I have trouble with water moccasins. I was told to take away what attracts them, such as bird feeders, frogs, lizards, anything they like to eat. I even got rid of all my water features. This year I've only seen 2 which is enough, but so much less than previous years!
Good luck!
You can also redirect them to another area, by creating a mini habitat for them. Put out a nice big piece of concrete or rock in the sun in a back corner of your yard with a mini water feature to attract their food source.
Have someone who is not afraid of snakes look under your porch to see if there are any under there so you can seal it off the way you want to.
Moth balls drive snakes away
It is best you wait until warmer weather, one the snakes will leave naturally and 2 cool, cold or moisture is not a time to use concrete. Read tour instructions watch your temperature and weather report.
