Ok Hometalkers....Its been 3 yrs now and I have a few comments. I should have gone darker! Stains are NOW setting in. Blue is starting to show thru. The company told me they have no recommendations for cleaning this product. There ARE coffee stains. My comment would be its a great "temporary" fix. NOT long term! Currently looking for other ideas to cover!

I’m after a temporary fix so you have just made my mind up for me. Thanks heaps. I have repainted some old bedroom furniture with a Taubmans 3 in one paint. It primes covers and seals. Really excellent paint. Deluxe has just bought out a range especially for benches tiles to renovate older things.
I live in Australia and have just found this page. Thought I’d say something. It’s my first time lol.

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
Was wondering if you had to put any sealer on it so it doesn't chip? You did a great job!
Well done ! in our old farmhouse, we have tiles that they used, very small, and grout is always needing to be bleached to keep clean. (however, you cant kill this counter, lol, hot pots and everything can be put on it ! and I dont mind the colour either) but I have been trying to think of ways to update... I wonder if your process would be ok on an uneven surface ? ( just sort of seal it all, ) I have never been afraid of painting anything, and paints are soooo amazing these days...
