What is your question?
I scored a bunch of beach chairs last year for 5 dollars each brand new(were 35 dollars). My 3 daughter's decided to use them as beds in their bedrooms. Instead of their bunk beds for the summer. But like the previous poster said not sure what your question is, if you're worried it will clash with your decor then change the decor!
Buy some cushions for the chair, two large cushions. Use one for the back and the other for the bottom. When you have a guest, let them sit or lay down on it and serve them a nice beverage.
Well, what is stopping you?
you can purchase or make a cushion to fit both the reclining top and bottom in one piece if you are going to use it like a 'sofa' -- in the 'flat' position all the time. Put it next to a wall and use pillows across the back -- you could use either king size bed pillows ( maybe 3 ) all across the back, or smaller 'throw' pillows in colors to match your décor.
Try skirting it to hide that it's a lawn chair or boxing it in with wood base-then placing a crib long matress or cushion and comforter and pillows and your bed a sleep ready📌
