Get what you treasure the most up high, second floor if possible, or attic. Contain anything you can in plastic and seal it good. Smaller items you can put in baggies, like paperwork and put it up higher than you think the water may go and secure it well to keep it in place. If you have one of those seal a meal machines, use it to protect whatever you can fit in it, like pictures of family members. The more you can water proof things the better.
Sure bring it inside & keep it out of the water - you can try wrapping in plastic / vacuum seal small items also
My girlfriend in Tampa ordered a Pod a week ago and packed up the stuff she didn't want to lose. If you have a 2 story home, cram as much as you can on the upper floor and hope for the best.
I would buy one of these Aqua Dams and put it around my house... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWkPqJUXkEI
