the re-store (habitat for humanity) is a great place to make your "go to" place not only for your shutters but all kinds of things .
Found an online store, don't know size of your TV so I pick 42", not cheap.... https://www.justblinds.com/Catalog/ProductConfiguration/Index/526827
I think I would buy some foam core at Dollar Tree, get some spray adhesive, and either cover it with great wrapping paper or fabric, then create the panels using colored duck tape from the dollar tree so it will fold. I have just such a 3 panel screen behind my buddha.
Home Depot can order them for you
If you can't find them or if too expensive, you can make them very easily. Three shutters with three hinges for each. Screw them in and then paint or stain. Good luck.
I recommend Habitat as well. Can you move the tv? It might be easier and cheaper.
