They are destroying my yard.

Use mole traps. I diluted extreme hot sauce with water and poured it on top of their tunnels before smashing them down. Did it two years ago and they haven't returned yet.
Not that long ago I read an article about this very thing. Moles move on their bellies. If you put a garden size windmill near their holes they should move out. They don't like the vibrations given off from the windmill. No poison, no traps and no dead moles to deal with. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
Sit in a yard chair with a pellet gun. Or just put rat traps at the openings of their tunnels. Keep at it so you get them all.
