Good Afternoon Tstaudt2, There IS a sealant called ZEP at Lowe's and Home Depot that is resistant to stain and turning yellow, and is supposed to be a heavy duty sealant for linoleum, but first you want to mke sure your tile is super clean. ZEP also mkes heavy duty stripper to get rid of any dirt and old wax build up on the tile (should you wnat to do that) BEFORE you apply the sealant (you want to be sure it will take to the flooring by eliminating any way it could come off).
I know that Amazon carries something called TREWAX GOLD LABEL SEALER WAX which is supposed to be heavy duty and it comes in a high gloss finish too. So check out the stats on both and see which sounds best to you. Thanks for using HOMETALK and good luck.
