this site is a show and tell site. the items are pictured as an idea on how dress up bottles for vases, or just to be decorative.. ie re-purpose an item instead of filling a land fill. you should be able to find similar items in your location to dress up a few bottles ....and craft or fabric store should have similar trims as to those pictured, and possibly the paint needed for the bottles.
