If the cabinets are wood all you need to do is make sure they are clean, do a light sanding and prime them. If they are a plastic veneer you will want to make sure the veneer sticker is attached well still. If is the latter, I would use a satin finish spray paint and then seal them with a poly. You can get matte poly if you don't want them shiny
Cabinets are not real wood in a camper. Here is one solution should you decide to take on the task. http://thenewlighterlife.com/how-we-painted-our-cabinets-without-fuss/
PAINT THEM OR COVER WITH CONTACT STICKY BACK PLASTIC.
Repaint the cabinets using chalk paint and polycrylic sealant.....I would do an antique /off white if you want to keep the wall colour. If it were me, I'd recover the benches with a more up to date material and make curtains to match...
Paint them! Dianacirce70 is correct. I would also go look at the color combos and features of newer RV's by visiting your local retailer. I always go poke around on our local lot down at Campingworld, it is right next door to Walmart, so why not??? ☺ This will give you ideas for curtains and how to recover the upholstery.

Paint is your friend. Make sure you clean the cabinets before resurfacing with anything, so it holds up longer. If you or a friend sews, those cushions are pretty easy to recover (and if it's shorter than a shower curtain is long, they make excellent fabric sources).
Last idea- if you want to, add curtains or a bamboo shade for privacy. Have fun, invite your friends over to help!
