My coneflowers were infected with The Black Plague.
After cutting them down, I usually leave them over the winter for birds. But now I will rake all vestiges up. Should I treat my garden with something now? In the Spring? Or just expect all will be well when plants come back?

Coneflowers are susceptible to black fungus, crated by too much moisture. You can spray them down with a fungicide now,or wait and do a pretreatment next season
