Whenever someone posts a project, that person can select which photo to display first. So it's really up to the person posting as to which photo you see initially. I try to use the finished project photo as the first one because I also like to see the result before I explore further.
My guess is this was a response and it got put in the question section because she put in a question mark. It did that to me once so I am careful not to.
