  • What about wetting down the plants with water and then using a very light thin plastic tent over the plantings as best as you can. Once treatment is complete and safe to re-enter, pull the plastic off and spray the plants again to remove any chemicals that may have go onto the leaves. What does the treatment company have to say about them? Perhaps they can tent that area to prevent the fumes from reaching the plants themselves. If their not willing to try, check into another pest company to see what they can provide. According to this article there are a few methods of tenting treatments that can be used. http://homeguides.sfgate.com/can-termite-fumigation-kill-garden-83034.html
