Trap and relocate them!
Try feeding them veggie scraps, like carrot peelings, left over veggies, damaged veggies, away from your flowers. A neighbor did this when he saw one climbing my little fence to the veggie garden and they never came back even after they moved away. Good neighbor, huh! He got all the veggies he wanted from the garden after he finally told me about that.
