Place a damp paper towel that was soaked in bleach next to the mold areas otherwise the bleach just runs off. . Let it sit for an hour Or so and then rinse away.
Hello. I have found a great idea for it. Cotton balls and bleach with a pair of gloves is all you'll need. put the gloves on unroll the cotton ball dip in bleach ring out excess bleach from cotton ball and press along the grout. Leave for four to six hours remove then rinse and you won't believe your eyes.😀Good luck
I've been using hot water, laundry detergent, bleach solution. Then I scrub with a stiff fingernail cleaning brush and repeat if needed!
The only way to get rid of it is to remove it and re-grout. You can try a pro to come try but if its in the grout chances are it wont come out without removing it.
try baking soda peroxide and a drop or two of blue dawn using a tooth brush it takes time but it does work
The mold is most likely embedded into the grout and you can only clean the outside surface of the mold. I would recommend going to Lowes or Home Depot to purchase a grout removal tool and some new grout and start removing all the moldy grouted areas and replace the grout in those area's. Although it may be necessary to remove all the grout and replace it with new grout, just for aesthetics. PS... Be absolutely sure that ALL the old grout is removed, use a sharp pointed awl or similar to scrape and clean out every bit of infected grout. This is my humble opinion, maybe someone "younger" may know of a newer method. Good Luck.
I agree with Shirley, it sure works for me. Then I have a spray bottle of vinegar water that after our shower, we wipe down the walls, spray it around and it's been staying clean.
