How to clean a ceiling fan in a two-story room. Dust is stuck on fan so brushing it off with an extension poll is not

Remove as much of the hair as possible by hand. Then soak in water and dish soap. Use a scrub brush ( a finger nail brush works best), and scrub the brush to remove the hair product buildup. Then rinse.
I pull out the hair ,then put in boiling water with some dish soap. Good as new.
What type do you have? I use natural boar bristle in a wood handle. If metal or plastic you can just give a quick soak in hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. Then wash with dawn dish soap and let air dry.
Leave in a bowl of soapy water, them comb through
First, get the hair out from between the rows with comb or flat ruler or something. Then, soak them in shampoo with warm water. then rinse them off.
I have used the same method as Vee my entire life . Works great .
All good suggestions, If my brush cannot handle boiling water, I use as hot as I can, add rubbing alcohol, and sometimes vinegar and a few drops of essential oils. Tea Tree kills fungus and bacteria.
Take out as much hair that you can, then soak them in diluted shampoo, rinse with clear water on Good Luck!
