My advice would be if you know of an RV or camper place, ask to look at one inside. They often have a folding down table to make room for sleeping. Perhaps you know someone who owns one that would let you examine their table in their camper to get a good idea how to make one? Often something that simple is easy enough if you can get some of your own drawings or camera photos to see how you want yours.

No video, Ken but this is simple to explain. We found this table for free and have used it for many years. You just cut your shape out of plywood, make a base to go against the wall (it screws into the wall), this base is hinged to the table itself (long piano hinge) there is another piano hinge that is fastened to the base and swings to the left to let the table down. You can make any size table you like. Have you checked You Tube for a video showing a table like this?
