Barn Door for Uneven Bathroom entrance

My master bedroom did not come with a bathroom door and the walls are about 1" off from each other. It does not have a header so the opening is from floor to ceiling. Has anyone attempted to make a barn door or pipe header for a barn door or any other covering other and a curtain. HELP me please

This is too complicated to explain. Call a carpenter, and ask for just an estimate as to what he can do. Then try it on your own. Take a picture of it, bring to Homedepot or Lowe's, and ask them for ideas, the lumber department or home improvement section. Good Luck!

Please don't call a carpenter for thier expertise and then do it yourself. The Carpenter has at least one mouth to feed and bills to pay just like everyone else. The carpenters time with you is lost money elsewhere.

You could set up a folding screen until you come up with a more permanent plan

Oh my gosh! I've been thinking about your problem since my last answer and I have a doable idea! Shocking to all who know me!šŸ˜

IKEA carries a track system that attaches to your ceiling. Curtain panels hang from the track and there are weights in the bottom of the curtain panels that keep them hanging flat like wall panels.

You can use multiple tracks and panels to build sliding "French Doors" out of Fabric Panels!
