You should be able to get a razor blade under one edge and then pull it off like elmers glue off your fingers as a kid.

Like paint drips? Use Ajax and scrub it off. If the drips soften, you can pick then off. If the whole tub has been painted, you have a much bigger job, but the latex will come off. 😇
A product called "Goof-Off", will dissolve dried latex paint. It also works on varnished woodwork, without damage to the varnish.
Razor blades or Good Off are fine if your tub is hard surface, but do a little research if yours is fiberglass or the PVC type. You don't want to do any permanent damage to the surface!
