I would suggest calling the manufacturer on that one
you may have to cut the damaged area out and patch with a scrap left over from installation of carpet.
That is why they call it bleach. I would call the carpet installers back to cut out and patch in the carpet with a leftover scrap. Hopefully you saved them!

YES! That is what I had to do when a log rolled out f fireplace. If you don't think you can diy, call the installer...they did mine for no charge. They were happy to see the work they did remain nice.
Try coloring the drop spots with a permanent marker to match the color of the rug.
You would have to have it dyed to fix the color, I would call out the carpet company.
