You could regrout to a darker shade depending on the color of your counter
My brand new (1 year-old!) countertop is showing the greige grout. It is in the corner where two sides meet. This was the last day of a ten-week remodel and a last-minute fix for a neglected detail by the contractor. We were too tired to have him back again. I'm still looking for an answer, because I'm definitely not happy with it, a year after. We love our open kitchen and family rooms, but a few things were not done right. So I'm watching the answers to this one!😇
I would try one of the stain markers to help blend it in. You could reapply if it wears off eventually.
Use a colored caulk(available at most home centers) that will match your countertops. It is elastic, so it will expand and contract slightly with your countertop. Just squeeze it along the space, and then wipe off the excess and let it dry completely. This caulk is made to match lots of different countertop colors, so you should be able to find something that will blend in well.
