You can cut the paper towel tube in 1" pieces and cover them with ribbon or even contact paper for napkin rings. Wrap the ribbon around them in layers and glue on the inside. They make wonderful, seasonal rings!
There is a lot of items that can be made from the tubes. I would cut them in 1" width, and then you can put the napkins in there. This is neat, and you can always paint them, or add contact paper., or just wrapping paper to make a diff. touch. Have a good time, with several ideas. J.
