How can I repair my bathtub lift?

HELP! Despite new parts, it won't lift!

    Is should be under warranty call the company and insist they come out and fix it.

    Did someone install them for you? if so call them back out.

    Get on the manufacturers' website and download the manual, look for a question and answer section and try searching your part problem, lots of times you will find advice. Then try calling their number and see if they have a technical assistance line, to ask for specific advice and/or part replacement. If they can't help you fix it, as if they can give you a replacement and mentions its only X old.

    If Medicaid helped pay for it, you could also get them to assist you.
