Yes! Black Diamond Red Hot has near black foliage and beautiful red flowers. It's one of my favorite varieties

Black Diamond Red Hot has beautiful near black foliage and beautiful red flowers. I haven't seen it before this year which makes me think that it's a relatively new cultivar
