I would glue some colored stone around the mirror, you can purchase them @ craft store. You can also put sea shells around the mirror, these you could collect if your near the ocean. Also try glueing something that appeals to you. It can be anything you want, as long as YOU like it. Good Luck!
Thanks for the suggestion. I should have clarified that we're freshening things to sell the house, not for ourselves. I need something that looks "designer" and neutral but gives pop.
If you posted a picture of the mirror it would be a lot easier to give suggestions as there are mirrors and then there are mirrors!
I framed mine with wood painted white. To mamatch, I ppaint d ssome black picture frames white and hung artwork. Attached is a bad photo of the mirror take with my tablet. Sick in bed right now so can't upload the good one on my laptop.
