We just framed our whole builder grade giant mirror by liquid-nailing a wide frame around it. I aged the rough-sawn cedar w a stain of steel wool and vinegar and then dry brushed blue and gray.
Also did a cheap full-length mirror from Walmart framed in the same rough-sawn cedar boards, aged w steel wool and vinegar stain and dry brushed w red and gray to look like barn wood. We put L-brackets spray painted black on the corners.
