Red nail polish, soaked straight into the grout on floor, I have tried nail polish remover with no results.
Have you tried full strength acetone? You can buy it at Sally's.
You might have to touch up wall with paint but the floor tile should be fine.

I'd just repaint the floor board and if need be, the wall.. I'd try to scrape the nail polish on the tile off with a single edged razor blade. The spot on the grout, I'd use a toothbrush and Ajax or another cleanser.
You might want to sand it back and paint over the stained area
i just accidentally broke nail polish on my brick pavers n my office and acitone with a cotton swab worked for me.
I used Goof Off to remove red fingernail polish from tile and grout.
Hold nail varnish soaked cotton cwool on varnish for a while before looking, don't spread it.
I would sand and repaint.
