Best mold remover on composite decking

I installed a composite decking material (Fiberon) 23 years ago. It has lost its "slick finish" to where it feels more like a 200 grit sandpaper. That has left many spaces for mold to form and the mold has been prolific in that past two years. I want to clean it and then use a product that Fiberon recommends for a sealer. I bought Wet and Forget a couple of years ago and if my experience with it is typical, that product ought to go out of business. Besides walkways and walls, I used the Wet/Forget on the decking but I had to brush the decking to see any positive effects. Is TSP or regular bleach still the best product for killing mold? Have you had success with any other newer products?
