plain ,cheap "L" brackets come in all sizes then have wood planks cut to length...You can paint brackets and shelves any color! Make sure the brackets are screwed into studs.
It depends on whare you live, but if you have an IKEA store in your area they have some inexpensive shelves in all types of fininshes. You might try that. You could also try Goodwill, I was dropping off some stuff the other day and there was someone with a U-Haul dropping off in front of me. I saw a white bookshelf that matched the one I have I said "how much?" , "$9.99" and they put it in my van for me. I, too, am handicapped.
Does your manufactured home have wallboard or drywall? Do you know how far apart your studs are? usually 16" or 24" on center, and are they 2x4s or 2". If they are the 2" studs, you can't use any screw longer than 1.25" then I would buy of make you own floating shelf and use a french clete to hang it with wall dog screws into the studs, but if they are 2" studs, don't overload them with weight or they will fail.
Why not buy some great bookcases, Ikea has great ones and they have good sales too. I love the skinny towers they are easy to move, and you can fit them in really tight spots, I have 3 of them. And I've given a client in a manufactured home a couple of these to organize her stuff. You do have to put them together.... http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50263838/#/30279784
Attaching in manufactured homes can be tricky. Try going and speaking to your local high school carpentry teacher. They sometimes can be very helpful! They may give extra credit for a student to come up with ideas and do the work for you.
