Heat up one gallon of white vinegar in a large pot on the stove. Add 2 cups of table salt. Mix and stir until the salt completely dissolves. Pour this mixture into a pump-style garden sprayer. Add 3 small squirts of dishwashing liquid. Use this to spray the entire concrete area. After it dries, you should see most of the stains have dissappeared. Be careful not to get this on your grass or plants, as it will kill them.
