Plumeria plant about 3 years old NO blossoms.
How do I get blossoms on my plant? I realize that it will go dormant in a couple of months, but in spring is there anyway to get blossoms? Thank you 😊.

This spring should be the time. Fertilize early in spring and a plant over two years old should bloom in the spring or summer. I love frangipani and did not know it was the same as plumeria. Live and learn! Best wishes 😇
