White vinegar or crumpled newspaper.
Try soaking them in white vinegar.
If it is something on the mirror causing the streaks I would try BonAmi. Put on a full coat, it will be white, then let dry and use a towel to remove.
Wipe the mirror with a soft cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol on it.
If the haze remains, it might be going blind and need to be resilvered.
Mix one-part vinegar with four parts water and pour it into the spray bottle. Spray the solution onto the cotton cloth or directly onto the mirror. Before the spray dries, wipe the mirror from side to side or up and down with the cotton cloth. Never wipe the mirror in circles.
