Try Natures Miracle available at pet stores
I use Carbona 2 in 1 carpet cleaner. Has a brush head and I try to get to it as soon as it happens. Also have used Oxy clean granules in water and a scrub brush. I like the Carbona the best.
I found these homemade remedies on the net. If they don't work, you may have to resort to commercial pet stain removers.

Pee? Or #2? Baking soda overnight then vacuuming should help for the first one and peroxide for the other followed by the baking soda treatment....
3 parts Vinegar, 1 part peroxide, 2 parts water & a squirt of dawn. squirt on lightly or spray on. I use my clean rubber clogs to rub it around & squish it around. Leave on a few minutes, then soak it up with paper towels. It works.
