if you have a tray with an edge, you can arrange them in an attractive pattern and hot glue/super glue them in place. With some strong rigid cardboard & strong scissors, you could cut out coaster-size pieces and do the same thing .

You could make hot pads by gluing corks inside a picture frame or hot glue or use E6000 them to attach them to a straw wreath and then decorate the wreath with fake grapes from the Dollar store. Check on google also for other ideas, I'm sure you'll find lots of suggestions online. I also went to a wine shop and the corks had been glued to the front of the counter and bar where drinks were sold. JAWhite
