Sure, just replace your door with an accordian or bi-fold style. Here is a link.

Yes, you would need a by-fold door or Pair narrow double doors - or a Concertina door or a Pocket Door......
pocket door or sliding barn style door should do it nicely!
Do whatever you like, but if you can store it somewhere (garage, basement) label the door you take off and keep it. Should you sell your home, buyers might prefer the old door, and you will have it, ready to re-install.
How about a sliding or pocket door if you have wall space where a pocket can be installed. You only need the space of two studs.
can you not just hire a handyman to change out the door to open outward instead of inward.
To add to your home's value a pocket door would be best. Can't see how wide that wall is next to where your door is screwed on, but if its at least 37" you could do a pocket door. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Builder-s-Choice-36-in-Pocket-Door-Frame-DFPDI430/100098025 You be able to use your existing door with a little work of putting a plug where the door handle was, and where the hinges were, fill, sanding, priming and painting.
I had my tiny bathroom re-done last yean and had the door changed to open to the small hallway instead. It does give the bathroom a little more space. Good luck with your project!
Agree with comments above that say to change the hinges on the door so that it opens out instead of in. No construction, and does not take up any more of your floor space inside the bathroom.
