What real uses for extra ceiling fan blades do you have?
I know I can paint and display extra or old ceiling fan blades. But I would like to have a couple of real uses for these blades. I have only one idea. 😇

The only thing I've seen is the garden dragonflies using the blades as wings and an old chair leg as the body. Pipe cleaners for antenna
I've seen them used as wings in making wooden fireflies.
garden art-you can use them narrow end down and fashion a fan-like yard art out of them and paint in colors of your choice

I have a round iron clock decor that I was thinking I could attach blades to that and then put a mirror in the center. Then spray the blades or even better decoup newspaper on the blades and leave iron black. The iron would be sturdy enough and the blades would have holes for some brackets.

Ive always thought they make good bread boards, especially for picnics. I wrap the blade in Saran Wrap or aluminum foil first, then set sandwich bread on top, maybe with condiments at the narrow end.
