Firstly it is a Big Must that you keep on treating the animal that has brought them in As each time you treat them the fleas get less and less At the same time Steam clean and Hoover every 3 days For a minimum of 6 months Everything Including curtains Cushions Carpets Crevices Fabric suits Beds Bedding etc EVERTHING Eventually they will get less and less Then go.... Good Luck Keep up the fight
Also you need to have your yard sprayed because they also pick up fleas from outdoors especially if you have neighbors that have animals too! Frontline is one of the best products that you can use on your pets! 1 tube between their shoulde blades every 30 days helps tremendously! Read instructions before applying abo bathing your pet...
i sprayed flea killer in the worst areas like carpet and where animal sleeps. Then vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. And above treat the pet. So eggs arent laid
Frontline quit working on my cat...now wearing a Seresto collar. But the fight goes on...vacuuming. Try diatomaceous earth, lemon water, (essential oil is toxic to cats). Put the DE on the soil around house and directly on the animal - make sure it's food grade. And if they're hopping on you, a piece of duct tape helps!
i constantly groomed my cats with a fine tooth comb. putting fleas in a bowl of soapy water. flea spray on carpets. vacuum a lot. i put moth balls in my vac.
